i've got Eibach Sportlines which lowered the car a considerable amount. ever since lowering the car has seemed to gain so much understeer!

any ideas why i'm experiencing so much understeer?

the obvious answer is the springs although i hav RS4 reps with budget tyres on so they may also not be helping the situation...

cheers
Dave

Rear Camber? If you've lowered the car, did that increase the rear camber as it does on an S3? If so then that's your culprit (I'd guess). Is this any use to you?

If it's an A3 (which it looks to be) they have a twist beam at the back...so camber doesn't change.

I'd suggest the alignment is not set up properly.

Use that as a rough guide only...it's pretty basic and isn'f FWD/4WD specific...and even then...the things they suggest just don't work as the list suggests.
