Hi does anyone know where the receiver is for the remote central locking key fob on the A3 please? I've been told you can increase the range on your remote by repositioning the aerial which comes from the receiving box inside the car.

It shows the parts and how the fit (nuts n bolts and the like, but not how to put together, take apart). But at least it shows where the 'hidden' bit that stops it being an easy job is located.
VAG do another prog called ELSA which does tell you how to do that sort of stuff - someone on here must have a copy!
