How often do you change your oil?

Guys

How often do you change the oil and oil filter on your vehicle (mainly Turboed cars).

Obviously you do your usual yearly service, but in terms of oil change do you do this every 6 months?

How often or whats best for the VAG engines (Turbos)

I generally do it every 5kmiles thats usually annually for me as it's not used in winter.
 
I drive a 2001 B6 1.9 130

I change mine as per the manual, every 10K which is roughly every 13 weeks! Generally use Rock Oil or equivalent spec.
 
I change oil every 7K miles. When its winter I will change oil if I rest my car in about a week without turning on the engine.

I change mine every 5k or so. However i can tell the oil is shot after about 3k, the power drops off at the top end and the car feels more sluggish.

Im running a remapped Audi S3 by the way.
 
my new car got done last night it had done 9k and i will be changeing it after 5k
