Hi guys, The clutch pedal on my TT failed and went all the way to the floor.Luckily for me i was parking at the time.It seems the small box section that pushes in the clutch pushrod (master cylinder i think) just sheared right off. This meant that the pedal would move in and out but didn't engage with the white clutch clip. I called a breakdown specialist who very kindly removed my pedal to allow its repair. The clutch now operates ok but i do feel as if it is more jerky than before and was wondering if this rod is adjustable for some fine tuning. Is this rod meant to be straight as it has a slight bend on it now.

Thanks if you took the time to read this.:icon_thumright:

Thanks for that Jester thats cleared a lot of things up i think i need a new switch as the revs do seem to shoot up and during gear changes and my passengers have been complaining of whiplash LOL.I will change the switch and see how it goes.
I welded this part back on myself so fingers crossed my welding skills are ok,im just amazed how common this is and how it it could possibly shear off like that.
cheers again:thumbsup:
