Hello

It came on today, so I topped it up, but the light is still on. How do I reset this, or will it reset its self at some point?

Is it deffiently the Low Oil light, or the Service oil light??
Only ask as I fell for same thing on mine, when I first purchased an Audi.

It shows an oil can & "min", and that is what the handbook says.

The sensor's on the bottom of the sump. You need to drain off the engine oil to change, it might be worth checking the wiring first

Hello Adamc

I will look at that, cheers.

It is going into Audi this next week.. I am fecked off with it. Did you see my posting on the ESP disengaging post in the forum?

Took a 525 out today. Not the same :-(

No I didn't, but nobody could be THAT unlucky surely. Why don't you look at a trade in while you're over at Audi?

cheers

The real problem is I like the car so much. It's a bit like a girlfriend that is nothing but hassle, but you just won't dump her LOL.

I might look into a trade in. Can't say I was over impressed with the BMW.

I have posted on a Canadian site www.tdiclub.com It seems from their faq the power issue is somewhat normal. I really need to drive another one to compare.
