Electro steering light

So I have a 58 plate audi a3 and the steering light has appeared on my dash but the light is not yellow or red it is jut a faded warning light ??? Should I be worried ?

You can see the steering sign whilst driving and when the car is turned off

I have the same problem with my girlfriends 2010 a3 sportback, did you get this issue resolved?

The next day it turned off and haven't seen it since !

colder temperature seems to make the light come on in our car
