Could anyone tell me what this is please

Went out to the car yesterday and noticed this had dropped of the front windscreen,Iv not noticed it there before, it's stuck with some clear adhesive strip just to the right of the rear view mirror, I can't work out what it could be, has anyone any idea please?.

Ah I have a hands free Bluetooth kit, it could be the ariel for that maybe?. Thanks.
