What do I need to retrofit DIS to my A6

Hi I have a 2002 a6 2.5tdi multitronic what do I need to retrofit the DIS to my car is it simply the instrument panel and the stalk ? Or are there any other items? Can I use a second hand set of clocks ive seen some on eBay <br />
