cluster problem

Hey guys im new here
wondering if anyone knows whats happening here

Lately when ive been driving my rpm and speedo needle will go nuts
first it will drop down to zero then after a few minutes it will readjust itself..

anyone know what this is...

It sounds like its auto reajusting, doing a zero check then outputing and reading again!! may have a loose conection on the back of dials!!
