Had a mailing come through the door asking me to contact them, to arrange a visit from an interviewer, i dont mind filling a form etc, not a visit though.

Is this compulsory for me to participate via interview only?

They can fine you or lock you up if you refuse to complete the census. Perhaps it's the same thing.

phoned them this morning, i asked them if i could do this online or by post they said i cant, i told them im not happy about talking to someone in my home for 30 minutes. I told them is this compulsary they said no, so thats that!
