ok heres the crack i have a Vista desktop pc.. and a Xp laptop!
i have got the Laptop to see the vista pc but not visa versa. I want to be able to Print via my laptop using my network but cant get them to do this either. if i goto add printer on the Xp laptop i can see my new network but cannot locate the printer.
i have enabled file sharing and printer sharing on both pcs. there is no password protections, both workgroups are set the same on both machines, securitys are set to allow the sharing etc.. im just stumped now.
any ideas?
