Help needed Elsa win: window seal removal after break in.

I need dismounting instrucctions to remove the outside ruber window seal of my A3 sportback, its a 2007 model. Had a break in, and they have damaged the seal (the top outside rubber gromet that surrounds the frame). In the ETKA it is shown as item 4 with reference 8Pa 837 439 B.

Any help would be great on this.
