London Bikathon

Did anyone do the London Bikathon this weekend? Choice of 3 bike rides, (13 miles, 26 and 52) for Leukemia. I went along with a couple of mates and done the 26 mile one. Done it in just under 3 hours which I was chuffed with considering I do sod all form of endurance exercising! The longest I'd gone on a bike was about 1 mile before hand! lol Done 36 miles in all on the day as we had to do 5 miles to and from the train station to the Thames Barrier.

Thinking about doing the London to Brighton next year. May need to train for that one tho...

Thanks dude! Only managed to raise about £120. Only had the forms a week beforehand so didn't give me much time to go round asking people. Suppose every little helps and with 7000 odd people doing it, it all adds up!
