I have in clubs, stops people getting glassed. If you've got a friendly local pub i'd see if they can get you a box if you give them the money.
None of the pubs/clubs here do it, only time I saw it was at Rockingham but Im going to Santapod in a couple weeks and wanted it for then as you aint allowed bottles on camp site

You could get one of those kegs from the supermarket then put it in plastic bottles when you want it.
