Isn't it a new spin-off series, rather than a continuation?

Who else apart from Gene 'get off you fairy' Hunt is in it from the original?

Yeah, I heard he had a quattro. New series is called 'Ashes to Ashes' and is now located in London so I'm guessing it is Gene only from the previous series.

Yeah, not a continuation as such, Gene Hunt now works in London, the Sam character is now filled by Kelley Hawes (hmmmm, tasty), and your right it's to be called Ashes to Ashes.

Trivia: Philip Glenister, the actor that plays Gene Hunt is the brother of Robert Glenister - the actor that plays Ash Morgan in Hustle.

Can't wait until Hustle returns in June!!
