Just brought a set from toys r us and for £99 are a bargin.
They will play any type of disc, copy's,mp3 and hubby's even plugged the ps2 into them and that works fine but need the adapter for mains to car
so they make the ideal toys to keeps the kids happy on the long journeys.

Do you get the "hood" thingy to put over the front headrest???

One has velco stap that fits round headrest, the main unit fits in a carry case (supplied) and that is strapped to the other head rest.
Both have pop out stands so can be used upright in the house with the mains adapter (supplied) because they have speakers built in as well as headphone sockets.
Disc is inserted under main units screen.

but no hoods has such...suppose you could put a pillow case or something like that to protect headrests.lol
