under warranty or not ?

how long did they take, what was wrong with it and did they charge you ?


I bought a ipod video of ebay but it seems like its faulty, entered the serial number in apple website and says it was bought in nov 2006 so still in warranty, but not sure how to send it to them as i have no receipt for it

Did you buy the ipod expecting a new or used one?

If its 2nd hand you need to reset it and register it with your own itunes. If its new then it should be straight forward to get it set up.

its 2nd hand, allready reseted the ipod etc, seems to be a fault inside the ipod

its not even charging properly
