I'm pretty positive that BB guns don't have a topslide, and i think they way it recoiled couldn't be faked.

They do unless they're cheap copies. I have an mp5 in the Garage and did have various pistols but they break easily.
There's more to it than just that anyhow, with the speed the gun flies back i think they've edited out some of the frames to make the kickback faster.
