Gumball 3000 Cancelled

Unfortunately, Gumball 3000 has been cancelled due to an incident www.gtspirit.com

Just read this on the news! its really bad but it was bound to happen with the Gumball growing in size every year.
The rally has now been dedicated to the local man killed in the accident.

There is a serious accident in the gumball everytime its run. Its not so much that speed kills, its in-appropriate speed that kills.

Doing 200mph on a deserted road in the middle of nowhere where your only endangering yourself fair enough but zip zapping round traffic and high speed is a total no no.

Trying to remember all the crashes in the gumball.

The white 355 or 360 the guy spun off. The one when Jackass boys were on it.
The Viper with the guy in the Gimp mask was a bad one.
The Reyland Cossie was horrific lucky it had a cage in it.

If I killed myself then I wont know much about it but imagine killing someone cause you were driving like a clown and you survive, that would be hell.

Just watched last years this morning, Rolls Royce Phantom 155mph gets bent out of shape and plows into the crash barrier. Real big mess. The guy gets out (a Brit) and says he only has 3rd party insurance...oops
