Best ISP For warez downloads (p2p)

Just dumping Plusnet and stuck in my talk talk telephone contract for another 6 months ..

Ideally i would like a UK ISP that do broadband & telephone packages. I mainly download torrents for Wii games and movies.

Is Orange any good?

Have you seen/heard Virgins ad? they are talking about homephone/mobile and BB for £30 a month.
You'll have to check it out though I only heard it on the radio on Friday

If you can get cable, 10Mb NTL is rather nice for downloading bits

Do you actually reach your max download speed of the line with Torrents?

Although there is lots of choice with torrents they cant compare to the speeds you can get with Newsgroups.
