Porsche taking over VW

What does everyone think about Porsche possibly taking over VW/VAG company do you think it would make any difference?

I didn't realise they were, but I think VW's main problem is the unions. I'm all for workers rights, but they have a few too many, which is impacting on the bottom line.

What they want to do is buy some other manufacturers who make cheap cars, then use the cheaper labour there to increase profit. Then build some new factories out of Germany. Then replace their biggest seller with a car cheaper to make, but sell it for more.
