Ok, this is what I make of it, mind you my German is far from perfect. Perhaps other members can help getting the errors out of my translation? Especially the last sentence puzzles me...

Monday-Thursday 07.00 Am till 2 Pm, Friday 07.00 Am till 12 Pm. The delivery note must be attached to the goods in a visible way, otherwise we will not be able to accept the goods.
