So, the last couple of days it's been below freezing, and raining. This adds up to some very nasty stuff to drive on. Basically, the hint of snow or ice in Dallas and the whole place shuts down, so there's hardly anyone on the roads. They don't salt the roads at all - they chuck sand everywhere, which is nice, but it makes pretty much no difference at all. At 7AM yesterday, one of the police departments had reported 142 minor crashes, and 131 major. I'm sorry to say that Texans, bless their hearts do not know how to drive in bad conditions. They have very little car control at all...
So GF and I get into my car (see sig) and the first thing I do is switch of the traction control. She looks at me with this odd look..... "Why are you doing that?" - Because I can.....lol
I haven't had this much fun since the MK2 Escort days.... WEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Audi need to come out with a RWD car, or I'm gonna have to get another beemer....
