Search Engine with a difference

Not sure if any of you have tried this search engine before but it's got a weird twist... you can ask someone else to do the search for you.

there is a Guide option which will bring up a real-time dialog to someone in a call-centre and they will do the search for you... First time i did it i got booted for asking the Guide to search for something unsavory!! Christ i'm juvenile!!

I dont get it... whats the point? If you are going to have to explain to someone else what you want over a chat window, why not just type it into a search engine?
