Sounds like your having problems like we are with Barratts.
Just found out the other day that the downstairs windows in our new house were fitted upside down, so all the drainage holes are at the top. Thus our frames are slowly filling with water.
The customer service levels are appalling. Infact so far we have 32 seperate purchasers on our development who are hacked of with them and thier attitude.
Do you know what they've done to fix it....... drilled holes in the bottom, and said they wouldn't refit the frames. ****** cowboys. Problem with builders now a days is thay they all use contractors.... who don't give a sh1t about build quality.
Maybe worth explaining this problem to Fensa, i'm sure this is a bodge, a window is designed to be fitted upright, those allowing the water to run in purpose built ridges.
