whats the best oil for high miles ?

2009 1,8 tfsi 302000

do I stick with the 5/30 or something else ?

I don't think there's such thing as 'best' oil, just regular servicing? My 214k Passat TDI is serviced regularly, using budget oil, in the correct VAG PD spec, no running issues whatsoever.

that's what this is run on every 6/7k

just thought with it getting more and more miles someone knows or something different

its getting over 5k a month on it these days

If it's running fine, I see no point in making changes to what you are already doing.

Stick with your current oil if its not giving any problems.
