So I went into an Audi garage yesterday and saw this beautiful looking watch. I'm torn between whether or not to buy it. I have two watches, that I love and wear all the time anyway. So I'm not sure if it will be buying for buyings stake.

Can someone help me with this dilemma?

Depends on how much you like it, and if you are into collecting a selection of nice watches.
If money no object then just buy it and problem solved.
