Point and shoot camera for shaky hands!

I've just looked at our recent holiday photos on the computer for the first time and to be honest, they are not that great. We have a Sony T100 (Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 review - Digital Camera - Trusted Reviews) at present which my wife uses and I tend to use my iPhone. The iPhone is great until you start taking pictures in the dark. Close ups are fine.

Our camera has served us well, but my wife has a shaky hand and the photos I have taken with it are just not that crisp.

Any suggestions on a good point and shoot camera?

Panasonic Lumix without a doubt mate, we have a TZ7, from a few years ago, but the quality of the pics is outstanding on it!!!

I think they are on a TZ10 now, but just do a quick search and you will see that they always come out top on P+S camera reviews.
