New computer cooler

I'm not sure but I think I may have gone a little overkill when I brought my new cpu fan
I can't even close my case :(
lesson learned measure before buying next time :p

Under heavy loads its not peaking above 28c which it used to hit 70-80c lol
Only problem is I had to go spend more money on a new case today 😟
 
ImageImageI'm currently running an and fx-8 8350 piledriver 8core chip running at 4.7ghz a core on an asus motherboard (can't remember off the top of my head which board). With a amd radeon hd 7800 graphics card and 16gb ram 120gb ssd hard drive purely for the operating system and 2x 250gb raided for storage.
With a corsair h100i water cooler for the CPU.


So far it's hitting a 7.8 out of 7.9 on the windows experience score.
 
sweet sounds like a cracking set up. how do you rate the HD 7800? ive been looking at getting a new card.

I was tempted to get the FX8 but ended out with the FX-6200 as I got offered it in a deal I couldn't refuse.

im let down on my hard drive its getting a 5.9 but my current Graphics card is only getting 6.8
 
The graphics card is rated at a 7.8 at some point in the future I'm looking at upgrading mine to something with a little better cooling as the 7 series aren't very well cooled but apparently the 8 series are.
