I would expect a balaclava to come as part of the hire agreement, just in case I see anybody I know whilst out driving it.

Do they still have their repair centre in Mallusk as well? I used them about 10 years ago to fix an Audi A4 Avant and it was a big mistake. I insisted with the insurance company that it be fixed by Audi. Hopefully their service has improved since then.
