The younger-brother of a girl I was knocking about with for a while crashed a crosser into a wall without having a provisional and CBT... He was banned for a year; apparently if you're under licence age; the ban comes into effect the moment you actually apply for one (once over minimum age).
I think his biggest mistake was swapping a bike for a beemer /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Think the bloke got the better deal, was the beemer stolen then or what nowts been said about that it cant of been his or the kid is talking out of his **** and nicked the car.
yeah get banned and then go to spain or any other euro country and go for a test! Get a nice euro licence.
