This wouldnt be road legal so no. I have found phillips to be really good bright bulbs, or halfords own 100% brighter bulbs.

I've used 100w in my main beams for years with no problems, under the premise they're never 'on' for that long.
I wouldn't use higher ratings in my dipped beams for two reasons, firstly I suspect it would overload the wiring or switch, and secondly you'd probably dazzle other motorists.

If you insisted on running higher watt bulbs i supose a relay and seperate wiring loom could be used?
