I'm currently in negotiation with a main Audi dealer over a March 2012 S5 Sportback. Automatic with paddleshift. I want to upgrade to the S5 flat bottom wheel. Dealer are telling me they can't / won't sell me the wheel as their technical dep't cannot guarantee the airbag when not factory fitted. They are also telling me they won't sell me the wheel so I can get it fitted elsewhere although they are going to speak to Audi UK on Monday to see what the official stance is here. Seems rather strange to me as this is currently stalling negotiations and I'm struggling to get my head round it. Has anyone had any similar experiences or can they shed any light here.
