Was at the athletics this evening. Awesome. So many world records were smashed. e.g. Chinese chap beat the previous triple jump record that had stood since Sydney 2000 by over 1.2m! And a Polish female javelin thrower set a WR and beat her previous Personal Best by nearly 6m!

Off again tomorrow evening.

Wow, another great evening. The noise in the stadium when Oscar was running in the 200m and David Weir in the 5000m was amazing. Great to see a GB gold being won.
