The Horse riding one, where they get the horse to jog on the spot. Not that I'm an expert or anything, but is it really that hard?

Anything else that requires either one of Stamina, Skill, Power, Speed and Reflexes qualifies for me.

The dressage - they just look like disabled horses

Synchronised Swimming - if this is a sport why is something like ballroom dancing not a sport.

I'd rather they had parity across some of the 'who can compete' rules across sports. How come in Track cycling, you are only allowed one athlete per country, yet in swimming, athletics etc. you can have as many as you want. Imagine the outcry if Jamaica had to choose Bolt or Blake?? And the result of the 200m would have been considerably different.

I'm annoyed that they have dropped windsurfing for 2016 and replaced it with kitesurfing - surely they could have both existed??

And why are you allowed 4 strokes in swimming? I think we should have backwards running, hopping and walking in all the athletics - 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m.

And to swap the other way, hurdles in the pool??

The horse thing is exceptionally difficult, years and years of training
I don't really think events which are really big on their own should be in it I.e football and tennis (not that I mind the Murray gold )

I quite like the dressage cos i have a thing about posh birds and jodders, but i agree. If dressage is allowed, why not dog trials?.Not athletic is it?

Ok, only joking! Mens beach volleyball, it's so boring. Whereas the Women are really technical, much more entertaining.

I'm not a fan of any team ones (football etc, take far too long for Olympics), but leave in the relays. Volleyball can just get to France too. The long races only need to be displayed when someone falls, or just a table of the results... let them run in the background.

I was thinking the dressage was a bizarre and unnecessary event, but then I have to agree with quattrojames, football I'd happily loose.

The other event which is obviously incredibly hard but seems a bit faffy is that velodrome cycle event where they stalk each other. Either race or don't. I don't want to see someone track standing for 3 minutes!
