I'd say he's about half right. Mobile phones, cutting people off, fog lights when it's clear etc I agree with. Private plates, foreign cars and 4x4s he has all wrong. He ends up just sounding like a pr@t himself (and surely that 't' is redundant as @=at).

Also, not a great choice of text/background colours... had to highlight it just to read it properly. And I wonder if "compleat" was deliberate, or just a fortunate accident.
