ideas on a name for a new puppy?

What a fantastic fella!

cheers mate!
he is indeed quite a character also!
it was a lot of hard work taking on a brand new puppy with a toddler, but all seems to have paid off now!
all house trained, leader trained and retrieving trained!
so happy days!
everybody should have a dog in there life imo!

I noticed at AITP there was quite a few springers about, think I also see Dane with one there?

nice dogs Chez and Hoggy!

quite recently we lost our family dog to old age. He was a brilliant collie and very trained, an absolute privilege to have and he did so well considering he came from a dogs home, he was 9 months when we had him, and he died at 14.

So not long after his passing, we decided we needed another family dog, as our home was just so bare without one. So we got this little tyke from a local farm, chose her from the remaining 6 in the litter

8 weeks old short haired collie - we named her maisy

she is now 14 weeks, and she is just about lead trained and house trained - no obedience yet though.

i forgot how much effort it was to train the last one... so frustrating coming from a obedient dog to an unruly pup! nevermind, it will be worth it in a few months as she is starting to show such character.

Awwww i want another Dog!! I had a Neopolitan Bull Mastiff named Groucho and he was mental, such a loving dog.

My wife loves Cocker Spaniels but i prefer Springer Spaniels........i feel a lengthy debate coming on when we decide to get another!

My last dog was a Cocker spaniel and she was the best dog in the world! Had her from when I was 10 till I was 23 so I grew up with her. Can not reccomend them highly enough.

From my (limited) exprience I would say cockers were a tiny bit easier to train and little softer, and springers are just mental!
