Oh dear... Iv seen some major balls up's in comm's but that's just epic !!

Ok so since BT wont climb a pole if it has any obsticles within a 3m radius or there abouts lol. Never mind what they'd have to do when enterprise roll up to change the pole over for what ever reason.
No way that passed planning.
 
hmmmn.looks like a new build.im guessing that the pole was there first.would have thought that the planning dept/bt would have clocked it though.

Bonkers! Dont the planners visit sites when plans are submitted for approval!!! This should have been spotted long before work commenced. I wouldnt want that in my house!

no not BT's fault pole was there first the builder thick as sh*t, must have only realised when it came time to put the roof on
 
Typical twatish developer/builder, I have to deal with them at work and they try all sorts to do what they want rather than follow the rules. BT will soon have that demolished
