How to put emails into post

Probably simple to do but does anyone know how to put emails into a post, basically I got an email from a mate the other day and thought it was really funny and thought I'd post it on here but for some reason when I send it to my photobucket account it doesn't work it just comes up with blank page, and I can't cut and paste it here. Does anyone have any ideas, or could I send it to someone through email so they could post it

Cheers mate but won't let me edit copy or paste as I'm doing it from my iPod touch as laptop is knackered at the moment and the misses is on the iPad
