Seems to be the case according to Sky news. As it sounds he may be dead but nothing confirmed, if not its going to be Saddam Mk2.

I think justice should of prevailed and he wasn't killed,the indignity of facing a trial would of been hell for him.

I hate to say this, but after his rule of 42 years and the misery he has brought on so many people, im really glad that he is dead. I have
seen the news coverage, and some of it was gruesome, and the way he was killed was not nice at all. I am not a judgemental person, but justice has been done.

I agree, he was alive when captured so they should have resisted the temptation to kill him like they did.
