I think alot of factors also come into the equation i.e Road conditions, traffic, visibility, danger posed to yourself and others. But yeah 98mph with 3 points and 150 quid sounds like the guy got a touch alright!
not really a great deterant or advert on tv...to somebody who was tailgating at that speed...maybe he got off light because he had a quality car /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
