scotland-england-france-belguim-holland-germany-luxembourg-belguim-france-england-scotland.

I WILL NEVER EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!!

that was non stop, if i wasnt driving i was navigating and vice versa so all in it was 49 hours with no sleep and no stopping unless loading parts

Glasgow to Dorset, 7 and a half hours I think. 'Technically' I did stop as I had to refuel, dunno if that counts lol?

UK to Italy with just fuel stops & boat ride of course, 1000 miles approx 16-18 hours, to say I looked like a drug addict when arrived is understatement & couldnt walk for hell when got out of car, knees ********.

My longest drive is probably the same journey... 4 to 5 hours it took me once.

mine been london to switzerland, thats about 600 miles and 10ish hours, though this summer im off to italy so that will be a one hit go, so a pretty long drive

Berlin to Blackburn... Via Autobahn :racer: Then back again, 13hrs each way.
Then Ran it to raise money for charity, that took 16 days.

Was for the army benelivent fund so all for a good cause i did the berlin marathon the week before that...lol them were the days now i struggle to stand up straight.;)

I drove from Andorra to Roscoff in 1 trip, no stopping for fuel, peeing, food or any thing.
10 hours and about 700 miles that day, I was so happy to see the hotel room.

Fair play for doing that.

If being totally honest, I did it to get back to the uk for an extra two weeks leave lol

HAHA brilliant.
Better than punching an officer.........o wait, thats if you never want to go back. lol
Haha that's how I lost my rank. Ain't proud though. Stupid mistake

I think there's a bit of cheating going on here! Surely "Driving without stopping" means just that, so all these transcontinental runs are ineligible as I guess a ferry/tunnel was involved?!

So to my mind at least any non-stop driving is limited to within the UK and/or the range of your fuel tank......!

Snowboarding, biking just started up a few weeks before I came home, not tried it yet but I will soon enough!!

Stopping for petrol is acceptable, i would say.
But I agree, having a ferry trip, sleep over, etc in the middle of your journey makes it two journeys.... and, in terms of this thread, is a blatant attempt to mislead and cheat.
Be ashamed of yourselves.

Was only on the ferry an hour'ish :sorry:

Non-stop is non-stop.
Sat in the drivers seat with out getting out or stopping the engine.
stopping for fuel is stopping, stopping for a pee is stopping.
so any one who stopped the car and removed their bum from the seat fail.

Woo-Hoo I win. :)

Amsterdam rules. Only ever flown, How long is the drive?

Yeah but if petrol stops are classed as a journey's end then the best anyone is going to get is about 500-600 miles, which makes for a boring thread.

Lets compromise..... stop offs that are less than 10 minute are acceptable and not a journey breaker.

PS: We are taking this FAR too seriously.

PPS: I win.

600 miles? Bahh, petrol drivers.
700 miles on 1 tank and still had some left to get me back home in england. But did not want to pass up 91p PL on diesel. :)

PS: But thats making it just as entertaining

PPS: I'm Winning.

Ok, so 700 miles is the winning bid.

See.... we need to allow for fuel stop offs otherwise we'll never know what is humanly possible. Machines already control much of our everyday lives, so I'm f***ed if I'm going to let them control this!
So, my fellow human, lets take a stand and say "yeah machine, you might be enabling us to travel all these miles BUT you ain't controlling what is classed as one journey, because re-fueling IS allowed, so stick that up your exhaust and smoke it!"

Are you with me brother?!

PS: I've won.

No, cause stopping it stopping.
Unless you can do a rolling fill up, then its ok. lol

Stopping for fuel is ok and at the same time wee.
but stopping for sleep, ferry, train or swapping drivers is not.

PS: I won cause I drove the furthest and the longest with out STOPPING.

PPS: Since you have won, this is what you win for that thing that you won at.

Is a bit stupid. I keep calling people the wrong ranks.
WO1 a PO or a Staff a Corporal. It is funny but there is a couple that tends to yell at me. "sorry Sir, I'm a civvy" :)

Lol they hate that. "rupert's"

What about number twos?
Just need to set clear and concise rules.
I'd say or else we would have to put time limits on twos.
Cause they could take a really long time and be classed as a break or a kip.

Are you saying that I need a wash?
Its a soap box for talking on but you can wash your self with if you want.
