Anyone mad enough on here (apart from me) doing this years Tough Guy event @ wolverhampton ? I'm off down this year to compete, with a couple of guys from my local squadron (TA). Gonna be in the Ghoons squad if anyone else has registered.

A bit short notice but does this happen every year and what size of teams do you have to enter?

Read the coaching tips did you do them ??
Sounds very Army based sort of thing

Just read the link about the guy shaving for the race. Oooh very tough (joking!)
fair play though mate, I wouldnt stand a chance. I dont even run for buses!

I'm running in it this year. First time. Coming up from surrey on Sunday morning.

Well just back home from the Tough guy challenge. Absolutely f**cked did it in 2.30mins offically but I didn't cross the start line until 15 mins after the gun!!!! Think i was in the top 1000... not bad me thinks!! Water was ****** freezing!!!! how did anyone else get on??
