    Morning all.

Its raining. there goes our summer!!

I put my laptop for sale on gumtree yesterday and got a email about it.

    First email
Is the itemstill for sale? whats your best price....
    I replied
Make me an offer and we'll see what we agree on
I hate it when people ask what your best price, my best price is whats in the bloody advert. you tell me what you're willing to pay and if i'm happy i'll accept.

    His reply is
    Hey,
Thanks for the reply,i am offering you 340 pounds including postage to Leicester via royal mail Next day delivery,do get back to me along with your PayPal email so i can make the payment effectively....
Thats £40 over the asking which I guess will cover posting and the insurance but there is just something about it that makes me unsure on it.
He has not asked which operating system he wants, no questions about the laptop, nothing at all and he wants to do it via paypal.
I got a feeling if I send it off to him he will open a paypal case and get the money back, so he'll be £340 up, with laptop and i'll be out of a pocket.

Get him to make a direct payment into your bank account then withdraw the cash and send the item.
If you've got a "spare" account then use that so you're not giving out details of your main one. That's what I do.

It started to rain at 07:00 just like BBC said it would.
should brighten up for the rest of the day, I hope it does any way.

I'm looking at mud flaps for my A4, Lights and mirror switches.

I'm getting annoyed with all the tar and marks at the lower section of doors.
Plus I think they look good if subtle enough.

I want to get my bonnet and pumper resprayed give it all a good clean and polish and then fit a bonnet bra.
But the misses keeps taking the piss and laughing to much about the idea.
I want to get it sorted out before the winter but doubt that will happen. when ever it happens I'm debating whether to remove the front plate or not.

You ever thought about vinyl rap?

Don't bother dude, thats the same wording I would get in emails from dodgy nigerians when I was selling my A3. I've been ****ed over, on another occasion, by a fake paypal email that looked legit. DON'T DO IT.

Is the 'item' still for sale - a generic email that can be quickly sent out.

I emailed him back and said bank transfer or postal order.
    see what he says.
I'd hope someone local would get it so I can hand it over and get cash.

I hate bonnet bras and would never fit one. Personally I find that the front bumper gets mullered more than the bonnet anyway.

I'm going to vinyl wrap the grill surround but doubt I'll do the bumper or bonnet, It's not really my cup of tea.

The pub where I work was nominated (and maybe won) Cotswold Life magazines neighbourhood pub of the year. It was a black tie do @£50 per ticket, so we just went out for a meal instead. I wasn't particularly messy but it was a long evening! lol.

Plus I dont have my car so I dont have my usual excuse

I'm off for my 10am daily appointment soon, might have to postpone for 15 mins or so though.
I had some proper spicy chicken for dinner last night so should be interesting.

Today was a quick one by my usual standards, so I'm estimating approx. £75-£80 based on a 22 working day month.

    How much you looking at???

Blimey it is a slow day discussing the cost of a poo, personally I usually complete this piece of personal activity at home with a decent car mag, in my own time.

Today was a quick one by my usual standards, so I'm estimating approx. £75-£80 based on a 22 working day month.

    How much you looking at???
I tend to play a load of games on my iPhone while laying cable but I haven't used the poo timer for a while. I'll start it up again and let you know. £80 is a good wedge for sitting on the throne.

And it can be applied to so many other things. Its just cost my employer 0.006 pence for me to pick up my pen.

I took a photo once (not of my brown toothpaste, it was of my shoes (don't ask)) but forgot to turn the shutter sound off. Had to hang around in the cubicle until the cleaner left the toilets. Felt like hours.
