Just needed to vent some frustration
Peter Breading is a VW/Audi specialist in Essex, my family has been going there for 20 years now and if you have ever been, you will of come across his wife.
Just had my car serviced & MOT'd. I called to get an update, was told that its all done, hung up.
Phone call back to say they haven't got any room in the garage to house the car over night, will have to leave it on the side of the road.
She actually said "I dont know the area too well and dont know what its like at night, if you want to leave your car here, its your choice, we are not responsible"
Its a new building that they have moved into.
I then asked her to leave it outside and get one of the young guys to put the cover over it that was in the boot, to protect the roof from the bad weather, she replied "its not in their job description"
I hung up
I'm never going back there
