contacting audi

Does anyone know how to contact audi , other than via there website , which i have used several times over the past 3 weeks and never had a reply .
I want to delete the model and engine capacity on my car order , my dealer says it is too late , but he does not have a build date yet , so i dont see a problem its a no cost option , I ordered my car on 22 feb .

There's a guy called (I think) Jeremy Hick who is supposed to be very helpful. You can probably guess his email address from looking at other "Audi" addresses. Failing that I will try and look it out tomorrow.
