Not sure what section this belongs in but this seemed the most appropriate to me.
Took my car for a full service on Saturday (convenient for me as I work during the week). Just wanted to say what a brilliant experience I had, as the staff and manager (Chris) were so friendly and helpful they even offered to kindly drop me off into Nottingham town centre as I had a couple of hours to kill and needed to do a few errands. I had some specific requests which they made no big deal about doing (without even charging me to do it) such as specific tyre pressure settings and fitting some spacers etc.
Just wanted to say that I actually drove away with a smile on my face and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a specialist in the area. This is definitely one of the best (if not the best) customer service experience I've had.
