Bumper repair and respray cost

Having owned my car for a month now, not a mark on it, well I was bored of that and decided to scrape the corner of the front bumper on a wall, silly me. What should I be looking at spending on a repair/respray in silver? Would like to do the s3 conversion but seems a tad expensive for me at the moment.

For a decent job, I'd pay around £150, really depends on how bad it is, smart repairs are around £120. If you know someone, it could be slightly cheaper, but these are usual walk in pay by cash prices. Double the figure and add another £100 if you take it to Audi. lol
