I bought my Approved Used A4 Cab on 30/10/11 and took Audi finance on the basis of 2 years free servicing offer that was running nationally at the time (and seems to be running at the moment as well) however the supplying dealer is now denying all knowledge of the offer at the time and the salesman no longer works there.
Before I raise formally with Audi UK did anyone else here buy in October '11 and benefit from the deal ? Should I have had seperate communicaton/confirmation from Audi UK or should it all have been managed through the dealer ?
