I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to these guys!
I went into there unit yesterday to pick up some powerflex rear beam bushes for my A3, and get some advice on DIS retrofitting. The company director had all the time in the world to discuss my options and give other advice, was very knowledgable and polite.
It wasnt untill I was about to walk out happy with my bushes and advice that he dropped the low price bombshell, and needless to say I returned this morning to have the bushes fitted and brake system fluid changed. I was booked in at 830am and out before 1130. The price for the bushes replacement was £120 inclusive of vat.
I wont name and shame other companies, but I walked into this one ready to spend under £60, and was treated like I was about to spend 10 times that, yet I walked into another company with a remap and cruise retrofit prebooked, and was given a very cold welcome! I regret not visiting Lincoln Volkswagon Specialists Ltd sooner.
Ive always done my own DIY maintenance, recently fitting a new AC high pressure pipe, and do my own servicing, but I think I now have no problem paying these guys for future work to get my service book stamps!
